1. Standard Room Reservations

1.1 Cancellation Timeframe: For standard room reservations, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date by 3:00 PM local hotel time to receive a full refund of your deposit.

1.2 Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival will result in a charge equal to one night's stay plus applicable taxes.

1.3 Modifications: Changes to your reservation, such as dates of stay or room type, are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. Please contact our reservations team as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking.

2. Suite Reservations

2.1 Cancellation Timeframe: For suite reservations, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date by 3:00 PM local hotel time to receive a full refund of your deposit.

2.2 Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival will result in a charge equal to two nights' stay plus applicable taxes.

2.3 Presidential and Specialty Suites: These premium accommodations have a 7-day cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid charges.

3. Special Rate Plans

3.1 Non-Refundable Rates: Some of our special rate plans are non-refundable. If you book a non-refundable rate, you will be charged the full amount at the time of booking, and no refund will be provided in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

3.2 Advance Purchase Rates: These rates typically require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable. The specific terms will be clearly displayed during the booking process.

3.3 Package Deals: Cancellation policies for package deals (including gaming credits, dining, spa, or other amenities) may vary. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.

4. Peak Season and Special Events

4.1 Extended Cancellation Period: During peak seasons, major holidays, and special events (such as New Year's Eve, major conventions, or high-profile tournaments), a 7-day cancellation policy applies to all room types.

4.2 Deposit Requirements: During these periods, a deposit equal to the full stay or a minimum of two nights (whichever is greater) may be required at the time of booking.

4.3 Special Event Calendar: Our special event calendar is published on our website. Please consult it when making your reservations to understand which cancellation policy applies to your stay.

5. Group Bookings

5.1 Custom Terms: Group bookings (10 rooms or more) are subject to custom cancellation terms as outlined in the group contract.

5.2 Cancellation Charges: Typically, group cancellations will incur charges based on a sliding scale depending on how close to the arrival date the cancellation is made.

5.3 Attrition: Group contracts may include attrition clauses that allow for a certain percentage of room cancellations without penalty within specified timeframes.

6. No-Show Policy

6.1 Definition: A "no-show" occurs when you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and have not cancelled your reservation in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

6.2 Charges: In the event of a no-show, you will be charged for the first night of your stay plus applicable taxes. For non-refundable bookings, the full amount will be retained.

6.3 Remaining Nights: After a no-show, the remainder of your reservation may be cancelled at the hotel's discretion, and the room may be released for resale.

7. Early Departure

7.1 Notice Requirement: If you need to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, please notify the front desk at least 24 hours in advance.

7.2 Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee equal to one night's room rate plus applicable taxes may apply unless the departure is due to circumstances beyond your control.

7.3 Rate Adjustments: Please note that changes to your length of stay may affect your daily room rate, as special rates often require a minimum length of stay.

8. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

8.1 Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, severe weather, travel restrictions imposed by governmental authorities, etc.), we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

8.2 Medical Emergencies: In the event of a documented medical emergency, we may waive or reduce cancellation fees. Supporting documentation may be required.

8.3 Special Requests: Any requests for exceptions to our cancellation policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of hotel management.
